THE PAPERWORK
If you want to audition, please be sure to complete the following forms and bring them in when you see us.
AUDITION GROUND RULES
1. You will need to show us a photo ID or birth certificate to audition.
2. If you are under the age of 18 you must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. You should read important details about under-18 auditions in the “Eligibility Information” document.
3. Prepare a 90 second routine, and a 90 second backup routine.
4. Singers are required to sing acapella. No backing tracks, no exceptions.
5. Songwriters/Musicians/Rappers - You may sing/rap to a track of an original work or cover and/or play your own instrument(s).
6. Bands - basic equipment will be provided (for a list see below) you will be asked to plug in and play.
7. Entertainers that require an amplifier will perform in the band room. You’ll simply plug into an existing amp and perform.
8. Performers who use a backing track, (ASIDE FROM SINGERS), please bring a CD. We suggest you bring a copy of the CD in case there’s a problem playing the first.
9. No fire, sharp objects, weapons, or explosives (pyrotechnics) will be allowed in the audition. You may bring supplemental material (demo tapes/dvds) to show us the parts of your acts prohibited in the audition process.

VIDEO SUBMISSIONS
If you cannot make it to a call, we are accepting video submissions for the upcoming season of America’s Got Talent.
The deadline for video submissions is October 31, 2006.
Prepare a VHS or DVD showcasing your talent. Please try to keep your tape’s length to no more than 2 minutes.
You MUST include a completed Casting Information Sheet and Release Form with any submissions:
